According to the CPSC press release, you should give Dorel Asia a call at (800) 295-1980 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. ET Monday through Friday to get a free repair kit and install in the bunk bedsyou bought the bunk beds manufactured in Vietnam from any of the Walmart, Kmart or Target stores and online stores between September 2004 and September 2009 for about $190.
